Linville Creek Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project
Town of Broadway
The Town of Broadway is seeking qualified contractors for the Linville Creek Sanitary Sewer Relocation Project. The work includes installation of approximately 700 linear feet of 15-inch SDR26 sanitary sewer main, three new manhole structures, six 4-inch future lateral taps with cleanouts, bypass pumping, and full site restoration. All work must meet Town of Broadway Design and Construction Standards and comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The project is scheduled to begin early to mid-May 2026.
Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on April 24, 2026. Submit electronically in PDF format to tshiflett@broadwayva.gov.
