The Town of Broadway is currently accepting volunteer applications for an opening on the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA). The Town of Broadway’s Board of Zoning Appeals consists of five (5) members and meets on an as-needed basis to hear requests for variances to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, as interpreted by the Zoning Administrator. Board of Zoning Appeals members are appointed by the Rockingham County Circuit Court, based on a recommendation by Town Council members. Board of Zoning Appeals members must be citizens of the Town of Broadway.
